Our South Iceland Adventure Tour begins bright and early with a scenic drive from Reykjavik to one of the country’s most famous landmarks: Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. This iconic waterfall is unique because you can actually walk behind the cascading water, offering a completely different perspective of the powerful falls. It’s the perfect spot for photos, and our expert guide will tell you all about the history of this stunning natural phenomenon.

Next, we’ll continue along the coast to Skógafoss, one of Iceland’s largest and most majestic waterfalls. Towering 60 meters high, Skógafoss is a true showstopper, and visitors can climb a series of steps to reach the top for sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. From the top, you’ll have an incredible vantage point of the Skóga River and the vast, green plains that stretch toward the horizon.

After soaking in the beauty of the waterfalls, we’ll head to one of Iceland’s most unique and dramatic locations: Reynisfjara Beach. Known for its striking black sand, powerful waves, and stunning basalt sea stacks, Reynisfjara is a place that feels almost otherworldly. Our guide will share fascinating stories about the beach’s volcanic origins and its place in Icelandic folklore. Be sure to snap some photos of the dramatic landscape, but remember—Reynisfjara’s waves can be unpredictable, so always stay at a safe distance from the water.
